At Vitra Jewellery, we take great pride in offering products that are carefully designed, crafted, and quality-checked before they reach our customers.
For ready-to-ship products, you have the statutory 7-day right to request a return from the date you receive your order. If your return is approved and the product is received back in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

The product must not be personalized or custom-made.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
Please note that all made-to-order rings, rings manufactured in a specific size, and any products with customizations or personalization are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
These items are specially manufactured according to the customer's selected size or personalization request and cannot be resold or restocked. Before placing your order, we provide detailed ring sizing guides and measurement methods to help you choose the correct size.
By placing an order for a made-to-order or personalized product, you acknowledge and accept that these items are custom-made specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including cases where an incorrect ring size was selected during the ordering process.
If you have any questions regarding sizing before placing your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you.
AND NOW YOU MIGHT WONDER, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I MAKE A RETURN?
When you have decided that you would like to return your order, fully or partially, you can choose between the following options:
You can get a refund for the products you return within 3 days once the product is received back to us.
You can swap the products you choose to return for a different size or color, or a completely new product altogether! The new products can not exceed, in price, the total value of the products you return. If you decide to spend less on your swap order, the remaining balance will of course be refunded to you within 2 days!
And personalization or made to order items is epic to make an item even more you, but remember that personalized items with engravings or debossing cannot be returned.
