Return within 7 days - no questions asked!
At Vitra Jewellery, we only sell products that we have carefully designed, selected and tested for overall quality.
Of course, you have the statutory 7-day right to cancel and return your order from the day you received it, for any reason and with no justification.
Because we are so confident in our collection and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer 7 days to return your product. You can return your products for any reason whatsoever – it didn't express your story, wasn't the right color, or just no reason at all – provided the product has not been used, that all packaging is intact and that the product is not personalized.
AND NOW YOU MIGHT WONDER, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I MAKE A RETURN?
When you have decided that you would like to return your order, fully or partially, you can choose between the following options:
You can get a refund for the products you return.
You can swap the products you choose to return for a different size or color, or a completely new product altogether! The new products can not exceed, in price, the total value of the products you return. If you decide to spend less on your swap order, the remaining balance will of course be refunded to you!
And personalization is epic to make an item even more you, but remember that personalized items with engravings or debossing cannot be returned.

Refund Policy for India - Domestic Returns and Refunds
We want to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers. Once the returned product is received by us and successfully inspected, we will initiate the refund process within 2 business days.
The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or bank account within 2 business days after the refund is processed.
Please note that any shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Outside India/International Returns and Refunds
For our international customers, once the returned product is received by us and successfully inspected, we will initiate the refund process within 2 business days.
The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method or bank account within 3 working days after the refund is processed.
Please note that international shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
