These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website at www.vitrajewellery.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Please note that all Vitra Jewellery is handcrafted to the highest possible standards, however due to the hand-made nature of the jewelry and the use of natural semi-precious and precious stones (colours and patterns in stones may vary from piece to piece) there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the website. We feel that this is gives our jewelry a special unique quality and we hope you feel the same.

All ‘materials’ are protected by copyright laws. You must comply with all proprietary and copyright notices on this web site. This web site is owned by Vitra Jewellery and is subject to copyright. The information on this site is protected under Indian copyright laws.
Placing An Order
When you add an item to your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you are not logged in when proceeding to the checkout, you will be prompted to do so. Checkout involves 4 simple steps: Billing, Shipping, Payment and Order Confirmation.
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation but rather recognition that we have received your requested order.
Please note that this does not guarantee the availability of the merchandise and that ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Although we make every effort to feature in stock pieces in our boutique, occasionally we may sell out of featured items. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days and will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled.
Please note that items sent outside the INDIA may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact the appropriate authorities prior to purchase.
Vitra Jewellery may offer promotional codes to regular customers from time to time.

Only one promotional code can be used at any one time.
Weight of the product can slightly differ from the weight mentioned.
Return And Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases made from our website. Jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition.
To return or exchange an item, please email us at vitrajewellery11@gmail.com for a return authorization number.
For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount.
Vitra Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.
Care Instructions
Jewelry is delicate, particularly items with textile or natural stone components, so please handle carefully. If dropped stones and beads may break.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause tarnishing and discolouration.
Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewelry before showering or conducting household tasks such as cleaning.
Metal components can be cleaned with a soft jewelry polishing cloth.
Store jewelry in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate pouches or boxes.
Security
From time to time, we may use techniques designed to identify fraudulent activities. You agree to cooperate with such efforts, as we may, in our sole discretion, deem necessary to identify attempted fraud. You further agree that if, for any reason, you or others acting on your behalf are suspected of fraud or other breach of these Terms, we may, in our sole discretion, declare you to be in breach of the Terms, suspend or terminate your use of the Site, and/or seek prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
